데이터 삭제 요청 안내

온세상이마케팅이다(이하 "회사")는 광고 대행 계약에 따라, 고객사가 이용 권한을 부여한 Instagram·Threads 계정의 게시물 성과 지표를 처리합니다. 계정 소유자는 언제든지 해당 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

방법 1. 앱 연결 해제 (즉시 처리 중단)

계정 소유자가 직접 연결을 해제하면 회사는 즉시 해당 계정의 데이터 처리를 중단합니다.

  • Instagram: 설정 → 계정 센터 → 앱 및 웹사이트 → onketing-search → 삭제
  • Threads: 설정 → 웹사이트 권한 → 앱 및 웹사이트 → onketing-search → 삭제

연결 해제 후 보유 중인 데이터는 30일 이내에 완전히 삭제됩니다.

방법 2. 삭제 요청 접수

보유 중인 데이터의 즉시 삭제를 원하시면 아래로 요청해 주십시오.

요청 시 아래 내용을 포함해 주시면 처리가 신속합니다.

  • Instagram 또는 Threads 계정 사용자명 (예: @example_clinic)
  • 삭제를 요청하는 데이터의 범위 (전체 또는 특정 기간)
  • 회신받을 연락처

처리 절차 및 기간

  1. 요청 접수 후 3영업일 이내에 접수 확인을 회신합니다.
  2. 계정 소유자 본인 여부를 확인합니다.
  3. 확인 완료 후 30일 이내에 보유 데이터를 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다.

삭제 대상 데이터

  • 계정 식별 정보(계정 ID, 사용자명, 팔로워 수 기록)
  • 게시물 정보(게시물 ID, 게시 일시, 링크, 미디어 유형)
  • 성과 지표(조회수, 좋아요 수, 댓글 수, 저장 수, 공유 수, 도달 수)
  • API 접근 토큰

단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 의무화된 계약·거래 기록은 해당 법정 보존 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 삭제합니다.

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

Effective: August 6, 2026

Onsesangimarketingida ("we") processes Instagram and Threads content performance metrics for client accounts that have granted our app permission. Account owners may request deletion of this data at any time.

Option 1. Disconnect the app (processing stops immediately)

  • Instagram: Settings → Accounts Center → Apps and websites → onketing-search → Remove
  • Threads: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → onketing-search → Remove

Any retained data is fully deleted within 30 days of disconnection.

Option 2. Submit a deletion request

Email onketing.3kim@gmail.com with your account username, the scope of data to delete, and a contact address for our reply.

Process and Timeline

  1. We acknowledge the request within 3 business days.
  2. We verify that you are the account owner.
  3. We delete the data and confirm in writing within 30 days.

Data Deleted

Account identifiers, media metadata (ID, timestamp, permalink, media type), aggregated metrics (views, likes, comments, saves, shares, reach), and API access tokens. Contract and transaction records required by Korean law are retained separately for the statutory period and then deleted.
