개인정보처리방침

온세상이마케팅이다(이하 "회사")는 광고 대행 서비스를 제공하며, 고객사(의료기관 등)의 소셜미디어 성과 보고서를 작성하기 위해 최소한의 정보를 처리합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 운영하는 내부 보고서 도구가 Meta 플랫폼(Instagram, Threads) API를 통해 처리하는 정보에 관한 사항을 포함합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
회사는 고객사가 명시적으로 이용 권한을 부여한 계정에 한하여 다음 정보를 처리합니다.
- 계정 식별 정보: 계정 ID, 사용자명, 팔로워 수
- 게시물 정보: 게시물 ID, 게시 일시, 게시물 링크, 미디어 유형
- 성과 지표: 조회수, 좋아요 수, 댓글 수, 저장 수, 공유 수, 도달 수
회사는 댓글 본문, 다이렉트 메시지, 개별 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 성과 지표는 집계된 수치만 처리하며 특정 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 포함하지 않습니다.
2. 처리 목적
- 고객사와 체결한 광고 대행 계약의 이행
- 고객사에 제공하는 기간별 콘텐츠 성과 보고서 작성
회사는 위 목적 외의 용도로 정보를 이용하지 않으며, 광고 타겟팅에 활용하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 보고서 작성에 필요한 기간 동안 보유하며, 계약 종료 또는 이용 권한 철회 시 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
- 고객사가 Instagram 또는 Threads에서 앱 연결을 해제하면 해당 계정의 정보 처리를 즉시 중단합니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
회사는 처리하는 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 보고서는 해당 정보의 주체인 고객사에게만 제공됩니다.
5. 정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 접근 권한이 부여된 담당자에 한하여 보고서 도구 이용
- API 접근 토큰의 암호화 보관 및 주기적 갱신
- 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS) 적용
6. 이용자의 권리
정보 주체(고객사)는 언제든지 처리 중인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제 및 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 방법은 데이터 삭제 요청 안내(/data-deletion) 페이지를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

Privacy Policy (English Summary)

Onsesangimarketingida ("we") is an advertising agency in the Republic of Korea. We operate an internal reporting tool that uses the Meta Platform APIs (Instagram, Threads) to produce performance reports for our client accounts.
Information We Process
Only for accounts that have explicitly granted our app permission:
- Account identifiers: account ID, username, follower count
- Media metadata: media ID, timestamp, permalink, media type
- Aggregated metrics: views, likes, comments count, saves, shares, reach
We do not collect comment text, direct messages, or personal data about individual end users. Only aggregate counts are processed.
Purpose
Solely to fulfill our advertising agency contracts and to generate periodic content performance reports for the client who owns the account. We do not use this data for ad targeting.
Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only as long as needed to produce reports and is deleted without delay upon contract termination or revocation of access. If a client disconnects our app in their Instagram or Threads settings, we immediately stop processing that account's data.
Sharing
We do not sell or share this data with third parties. Reports are provided only to the account owner.
Your Rights
